I am an independent strategic and financial advisor with over three decades of experience in energy, infrastructure and investment. My career spans executive leadership within a global industrial group, responsibility for corporate venture capital activities, and strategic roles in hydrogen and energy markets. Throughout this trajectory, I have operated at the intersection of industrial strategy, capital allocation and governance.

Through Les Ateliers de Gaia, I support investment funds and energy companies in complex investment and transformation decisions. My work focuses on aligning long-term industrial positioning with disciplined capital allocation and credible execution pathways.

Energy transition requires both technological ambition and financial rigor. Sustainable value is created when governance, capital deployment and industrial strategy remain coherent over time.

Alongside my advisory activity, I founded Compagnons de Gaia, a non-profit initiative exploring the evolving boundaries between natural ecosystems and food production from the perspective of biodiversity. It reflects an interest in how agricultural systems, biodiversity and landscape management can coexist within long-term ecological and economic frameworks.
